I could remember that our elementary teachers taught us that the sun is fixed and doesn’t move but the earth rotates along its axis and also makes a revolution around the sun in an orbit to make a whole year in 364.25days which is summed up in 4years to make 365days to make a leap year.
Allah SWT says:
وَهُوَ الَّذِى خَلَقَ الَّيْلَ وَالنَّهَارَ وَالشَّمْسَ وَالْقَمَرَ ۖ كُلٌّ فِى فَلَكٍ يَسْبَحُونَ
“And it is He who created the night and the day and the sun and the moon; all [heavenly bodies] in an orbit are swimming.”
(QS. Al-Anbiya 21: Verse 33)
Does this not negate science? Does the Sun really move?

Yes, the Sun – in fact, our whole solar system – orbits around the center of the Milky Way Galaxy. We are moving at an average velocity of 828,000 km/hr. But even at that high rate, it still takes us about 230 million years to make one complete orbit around the Milky Way!
The Milky Way is a spiral galaxy. We believe that it consists of a central bulge, 4 major arms, and several shorter arm segments. The Sun (and, of course, the rest of our solar system) is located near the Orion arm, between two major arms (Perseus and Sagittarius). The diameter of the Milky Way is about 100,000 light-years and the Sun is located about 28,000 light-years from the Galactic Center. You can see a drawing of the Milky Way below which shows what our Galaxy would look like “face-on” and the direction in which it would spin as viewed from that vantage point. Also shown, is the location of the Sun in the big picture view of our Galaxy.
It is interesting to note that recent observations by astronomers suggest that the Milky Way is in fact a “barred spiral galaxy”, not just a “spiral galaxy”. This means that rather than a simple spherical bulge of gas and stars at its center, it has instead a “bar of stars” crossing the central bulge. It might look something like the image shown below of the barred spiral galaxy known as NGC1073. But we still rotate around the center just the same!

David Consiglio, B.S., High School Chemistry and Physics Teacher also confirms that
The sun is actually moving in a number of different ways.
1st: The sun “Wobbles” as a result of the pull of the planets and asteroids that orbit it. Because the mass of the planets and asteroids is so tiny with respect to the mass of the sun, this wobble is very small. In fact, the center of mass for the solar system (the point around which the sun wobbles) is actually within the sun. This means that the size of the wobbles are smaller than the size of the sun.
2nd: The solar system moves around the center of the galaxy (as you said) at around 250 km/s. This is due to the fact that our galaxy rotates like a pinwheel. We are near the edge of the pinwheel so we move pretty quickly.
3rd: Our galaxy is moving in the universe. We are currently moving towards the Andromeda galaxy. Movement on this scale is very difficult to measure, so values for these speeds are not well known.
With regards to spin, the sun DOES spin! Because it is a gas, the spinning of the sun is not like the spinning of the earth. The sun spins in regions and at different rates in those different regions. The various regions of the sun swirl and bubble, further confusing the overall rotation. Nonetheless, the sun DOES rotate.
