The Muslim community in Gbongan Town are full of excitement and thanks to Allah as fifty-two non-Muslims voluntarily dumped their faith for Islam. Gbongan is a large town in Osun State. It is also the headquarters of the Aiyedaade Local Government Area.
The 2-day event tagged, “Facts of Salvation” was hosted by the Gbongan Muslim Community in conjuction with the Academy of Islamic Propagation (ACADIP).
Former Pastors, “Prophets and Prophetess” gave their testimony on the stage giving an account of their journey from darkness to the light (Islam).
Mallam Yusuf Adepoju, the Chief Lecturer of ACADIP, digged deeply into the Qur’an and the Bible, giving an incite comparative analysis of salvation in Islam and Christianity.
A statement released by ACADIP says,
“B R E A K I N G…
FIFTY-TWO NON-MUSLIMS EMBRACED ISLAM IN GBONGAN !!!
Alhamduli-Lah…!
Glory be to Allah !!! Not less than 52 Non-Muslims voluntarily and publicly embraced Islam during the just concluded ACADIP 2-Day Public Lecture, held November 8th & 9th, 2019 at St. Patrick’s Grammar School, Gbongan, Osun State.
The whole town stood agog for two days, as there was massive turn-out of the attendees. Thousands of Muslim faithful from many parts of the Country converged in the ancient town.
However, the number of Reverts to Islam at this “October-November 2019 ACADIP Lecture Series” has therefore increased to One Hundred and Three (103). Allahu Akbar!!
Meanwhile, as ACADIP Train of Salvation moves to Modakeke & Imesi-Ile on Nov. 22nd & 23rd and Nov. 29th & 30th 2019 respectively, more Non-Muslims are, by Allah’s mercy, expected to embrace the Truth.
