THE LAST DAY
I am the last day
A day like hundreds of days
A day that is unpredictable
I am the day of uttermost commotion
Oh Mankind, fear me!
A day mountains will be blown away
For I am the day of no excuse
A day mankind will be shown their deeds
Oh Mankind, fear me!
I am the day of Striking Calamity
For the wrong doers
And a day of extreme pleasure
For those who do right
Oh Mankind, fear me!
A day the young shall become old
A day the sky shall split open
A day the moon will darken
A day the contents of graves will be scattered
Oh Mankind, fear me!
I am the day of distress
A day when vision will be dazzled
For I am a day of sorrow to the deniers.
And a day of joy for doers of good
Oh Mankind, fear me!
For I am the day of denial
A day father will deny his son
Neither will son accept his father
Everyone will bear his own burden
Oh Mankind, fear me!
For I am a Day of appointed time
A day that has been decreed
Decreed by the one who knows all
Oh you who believe, fear Allah and the last day.
