THE JANJAWEED NUISANCE FROM SUDAN

Earlier today, my kid bro, Umar Farouq El-ameer sent an audio clip to me on whatsapp about a Sudanese man who claims to be a Prophet and recipient of divine revelation. I have since received the same clip from 6 different individuals. Below is the transcript of the audio clip:

Translation

***Suratu Darfur***
Darfur. A beautiful city with good citizens. We created them and they are among the most advanced nations. Unfortunately, the Devil and Janjaweed destroyed the city, burnt it to ashes, kidnapped its girls, sacked its people (from their homes) and they became a wasted generation (not clear though). So we sent to them Abdulwaahid as one of the Messengers. We sent him to Darfur and to Sudan to liberate its people from the incessant bloodshed and crisis (not clear). They, however denied their helper and labeled him an impostor (not clear). They did not realize that he’s their savior from hellfire simply because he’s a black African of Darfur origin. He utters nothing but the statement of the righteous. Truthful is the Lord of Darfur.

My take: This guy is no doubt a fake Prophet and an impostor. His acclaimed revelation is heavily laden with grammatical errors and fallacies. For starters, how will he do the إِعْراب of وَأَهْلُهُ طَيِّبِين ؟ Isn’t طَيِّبِين supposed to be خَبَرٌ, predicate for أَهلُهُ؟ How does the subject comes in رَفْعٌ (nominative case) while the predicate comes in نَصْبٌ (accusative case?)

“Janjaweed”? What in the hell is “Janjaweed” doing in the Qur’an? And, why is “Janjaweed” in رَفْعٌ when it is a مَعْطُوف on الشيطان which is bound by the rule of لكنَّ? Could this be an authentic revelation from God?

This nuisance is, no doubt one of the دجاجلة (Dajjals) that the Messenger of Allah (upon him be peace) prophesied as part of the signs of the last hour.

It is reported in the two Saheehs that the Prophet (upon him be peace) said: “The hour will not be established until close to 30 impostors will be raised, each of them laying claim to Messengership.”

In another narration on the authority of Thawbaan, the Messenger of Allah (upon him be peace) said:

“The hour will not be established until tribes from my Ummah will align with idolators, and until false deities shall be worshipped. There will be in my Ummah 30 liars, each claiming that he’s a Prophet. I am the last of prophets. There is no Prophet after me.

We pray Allah to rectify his affair and return him to the fold of Islam.

To the self-acclaimed Prophet, I say, Laa ba’sa tohuurun in shaa Allaah!
