Unfortunately, these people are selfish individuals whose interests are money, drugs and women and not anything close to nationalism. Looking at the consequences of Cybercrime holistically, it brings to us HARM and no good.
We would be hated, despised, dehumanized, oppressed etc. Racism goes beyond colour, it is more of what you represent.
