Delete All Your Islamic Groups — Fateemah Faith Samson

I was informed that a revert sister had left our KnowIslam Reverts Community WhatsApp group, and I proceeded to ask why she had made the decision. According to her, her Father (a Deeper Life) Pastor had asked her to delete all her Islamic groups, and not just that, she has just one week to leave Islam and become a Christian, or else she would have to leave his house. Yet, we only hear of “victimizing Christians” as if they hand apples and honey to converts from Christianity to Islam.

They had been estranged when she embraced Islam until she went through a divorce (She is 23 and has 2 kids). With nowhere to go, she went back to her Father’s house, and it’s been a living hell, with the latest being going back to Christianity or leaving the house.

The KnowIslam Project aims to provide her with an accommodation as soon as possible, help her further her education, and enroll her to learn a skill she can empower herself with. Kindly help us raise the sum of ₦600, 000 naira towards this cause.
