I hope it is not only me having the thought that South African Christians are the most gullible Christians on earth. For the past few years, many South-African televangelists have been exposed on social media where they perform so many ridiculous deliverance exercises on their rather brain-washed congregation.
Recently, we heard of one who was speaking to heaven via his phone. Another was seen french-kissing one of the choristers. I hope we have not forgotten the Pastor who told his congregation to eat grass or the pastor who sprayed insecticide into the eyes of church-members or the one who told his congregation to drink dettol.
What is wrong with these Pastors? As if drinking petrol and eating grasses was not enough, Pastor Lesego Daniel has reportedly instructed some of his church members to eat decorative flowers used on the podium in his church. Pastor Lesego Daniels of the Rabboni Centre Ministry Church in South Africa reportedly said that eating the flowers is part of a healing process..
The pastor first made headlines when he made the congregants eat grass and followed it up with petrol, comparing drinking petrol to Holy Communion.
The new sensation is flowers.
