Question:
Do our desires toward islamicaly sinful activities like alcohol, music or pornography come under minor shirk? If a muslim dies without repenting from minor shirk, is there a chance he or she can still attain Paradise?

The desire for sin is not considered shirk (associating partners with God) rather sinful.
Minor shirk does not take one out of the fold of Islam, therefore a believer who dies without repenting from minor shirk is able to be awarded Paradise by the Almighty.
Minor shirk is generally defined as ostentation or showing-off while doing a good deed. – (See: Rad-Al-Muḥtār, Page 609, Volume 9, Dār Al-Ālam Al-Kutub)[1]
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, “The thing I fear most for you is the lesser shirk (polytheism), showing-off [of good deeds].”–
