Though Abule muwonleru is located in Akinyele local goverment in Oyo state Nigeria, apart from being a village where people are enslaved under the guise of religion,Christianity to be precise as in the case of alfa kamali who uses Islam to blindfold his victims;Muwonlerru could be better described as another country on it own within Nigeria.
A couple of visits by our team showed that people were being enslaved by their religious leader who claimed to have been sent from heaven and also knows when exactly he is going to die.
In this enclave of modern day slavery,the leader prophet Olaniyan has access to all the women and children,while men were not allow to have any property of their own.In this village they have their own telephone network,currency as well as different time from that of Nigeria.Please join us as we take a trip into this strange but true enclave known as abule muwonleru…surely you will be amazed.
