The Messenger of Allāh صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ said:
The _Suhūr_ [predawn meal] all of it is blessed, so do not leave it off, even if one of you must drink a sip of water. For verily Allāh the Almighty, the Majestic and the Angels bestow salāt [Graces, Honours; Blessings; Peace; Mercy; etc.] on [all] those who participate in the _Suhūr_.
