JESUS WILL BE THE KING (RULER); IF THEY BUT KNOW THAT WE KNOW! By Abu Maryam Ibn Is’haq (Abumaribi)
JESUS WILL BE THE KING (RULER); IF THEY BUT KNOW THAT WE KNOW!
While busy doing house chore in my vicinity, I heard some of the members (branch) of our believing neighbours (Christians) singing certain song. The chorus says: “Jesus will be the King of the world, dwellers of the earth rejoice, be prepared in await for his arrival”.
Listening to this song gave my mind to critical inquisitive thought. This I say; ‘no one is disputing the fact that Jesus will be the King (Ruler) when he came back to restore peace during the end time. This our noble Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) already prophesied to us in his saying. We find this in the narration of Abu Huraira:
“Allah’s Apostle (Muhammad ﷺ) said, “The Hour will not be established until the son of Mary (i.e. Jesus) descends amongst you as a just ruler, he will break the cross, kill the pigs, and abolish the Jizya tax. Money will be in abundance so that nobody will accept it (as charitable gifts).”” [Sahih Bukhari Volume 3, Book 43, Number 656]
The preacher continued with his mission of spreading what he thought to be the Gospel of Jesus. While doing this, he mentioned many things in contradiction to the Gospel preached by Jesus (PBUH), of which I was not ready to challenge him because he would be embarrassed if I try do that; I saved the challenge for another day. And the self acclaimed (Christian) preacher added another unwarranted fallacious pleading words to Jesus again: “Jesus, save me, I believe you are my savior…”. Having heard this, my psyche vibrated to this sort of fallacy our neighbours (Christians) attributed to Jesus; for the Christians of our time think they are really following the path and footstep of Jesus as it appeared to them to be. As a Muslim and a lover of Jesus I know the genuineness of such statement is never closed to the truth. Muslims (true believers) all know this (preacher) statement of request is no where near to Jesus ability.
John 5, verse 30 evidently cleared this prior statement made by the Christian preacher to be complete false. As it reads Jesus clear verdict on his ability:
“I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me.”
So, as our beloved Jesus has plainly stated, that he’s not near the status of doing things by himself, but he had to depend on the Ultimate source of Wisdom; that is, our Creator, Allah. He didn’t act on his will, but totally depended and submitted to the will of Allah. With this statement of Jesus, he declared himself to be a Muslim. This is because, a Muslim is the person that submit totally to the will of Allah.
This is a note to our neighbouring believers (Christians) to be more concerned in a critical research that prove the divinity of Jesus than just telling us what Jesus himself didn’t claim to be. We know this because, according to the Injil (Gospel) and the Qur’ān, he (Jesus) never claimed divinity in his propagation on the way of the Creator.
And they keep disturbing our hearing with what they don’t know what we already know. That which has been announced by the seal of the prophets (Muhammad ﷺ) since fourteen century ago. It’s not funny, what is supposed to be the religious rites and duties has been adulterated by the instruments of Shaytan; in the name of song, music, and dance. We (Muslims) couldn’t find the traits of religious obligations in our neighbours so-called act of worship (religion), but the mixture of man made belief, which become dogma.
I have to share this, as a member of knowislam.com.ng. This is so, as part of our activities is to refute fake stories and tell the Muslims story to the world. Jesus, the son of Maryam (Mary) hold a strong and high position in Islam, and as such he’s one of the strong Muslims that upheld the creed of the oneness of Allah.
[‘Iesa (Jesus) said]: “And verily Allah is my Lord and your Lord. So worship Him (Alone). That is the Straight Path. (Surah Maryam, 19:36)
