Don’t Trust An Atheist With Your Dirty Laundry!
How many of the atheists celebrating and extoling Richard Dawkins know he said this- “in a universe of electrons and selfish genes, blind physical forces and genetic replications, some people are going to get hurt, other people are going to get lucky, and you won’t find any rhyme or reason in it, not any justice. The universe that we observe has all the properties we should expect if there is at bottom, no design, no purpose, no good, no evil. just pitiless indifference” (River out of life; a Darwinian view to life)
Now for some analysis on that.
According to Richard Dawkins; there is nothing such as ‘good’ , neither is there anything like evil, for believing in either good nor evil pre-supposes an objective and transcendent moral standard, and that nullifies his theory of ‘no rhyme nor reason’. So, as an atheist taking a Darwinian view to life, one should understand that if it is no evil for a cat to prey on a mouse, then it would be no evil too, for one to seek happiness at the expense of others since there is nothing like evil, and as such, one can strive to be of the few lucky ones as Dawkins dubbed those who live a happy life.
Our atheist friends down here, when asked why they won’t stow away with anything they are entrusted with, even of they are certain they won’t get caught by the short arms of justice, reply us thus: “it is evil to do that, since it would make the one who entrusted us with the thing sad”.
But, in accordance with the Darwinian view to life, the mere fact that you seeking happiness makes others sad is not enough to call your way of seeking happiness evil; for if it were so, we would need a reason for exempting those who hurt the feeling of animals from among humans or even animals themselves, since according to the Darwinian view, humans being at the top of the evolutionary tree merely means they are the most advanced form of life, and does not in any way imply that they are of more importance than a tree frog or a mere slug, since, they were only selected by means of random curation.
Now, the question for our atheist friends goes this: What defines evil?
If it is no evil to enjoy beef, (at the expense of an animal which is merely below you in your family, or sorry evolutionary tree, then what makes it evil to rape a woman to derive satisfaction since she is merely an advanced animal.”
And two: if there is nothing that defines good or evil, why then do you Dubb a religion ‘extremist’ ? extreme of what standard? whose standard? A standard which views the killing of animals which are just as important as humans as just?
three: As an atheist who believes in the Darwanain theory, that some will suffer (randomly) while others will just be lucky, why, why in the world would you not embezzle a nation’s fund if you are entrusted with it? (Imagine you’re certain you won’t be nailed, imagine too, that the people have so much they will never know you did”
