CITY OF WORDS By Abu A’ish Mk Albani

If the City Of Words was destroyed

If all the books were burnt and all those love poetry lost

If words stopped existing

How can we show it

Because words mostly have no effect beyond the air that takes it

Few are cast on stones the rest are but lines drawn on the sand

When the wind blows, it disapears

A Word could kill

Just another Agent forty-seven on the loose

They are harmless but when spoken they could put you in a cell

Drag you into hell where man and stone are use as fuel

Some would prefer to throw the city’s key into the heart of the sea

But we could make it the moon on earth, a place everybody will love to see.
