BLISSFUL NIKKAH (MARRIAGE) By Abu Maryam Ibn Is’haq (Abumaribi)

The sweetness of conjugal life lies on the side of both parties, to have the understanding of the Deen (Islam); so that their values, aim, mission and vision in life can be aligned.

By this, both (husband and wife) will be able to live and act in accordance with the injunctions of Allah and His Rasul, Muhammad (ﷺ), and derive wisdom from the pristine source of knowledge (Qur’ān and Authentic Sunnah) to tackle life situation.

This will make the parties (Husband and Wife) to know their roles and responsibilities, as well as their duties and obligation in marriage. As such both will act piously and righteously towards themselves; as they know the beneficial reward involve when one act good:

هَلْ جَزَاءُ الْإِحْسَانِ إِلَّا الْإِحْسَانُ

“Is there any Reward for Good – other than Good?” [Surah Al-Rahman, 56:60]

Likewise the punishment involved when one act otherwise: “And those who have earned evil will have a reward of like evil…” [Surah Yunus, 10:27]

When the two parties have this traits, that is; Noor ala Noor ‘Light upon Light’.

We should all endeavor to give importance to the knowledge of the deen, so that our affairs would please Allah.

Surah Ar-Room, Verse 21:

And among His Signs is this, that He created for you mates from among yourselves, that ye may dwell in tranquillity with them, and He has put love and mercy between your (hearts): verily in that are Signs for those who reflect.

Beneficial Rewards over everything!
