See How Sportswear Company, Nike Brought Sports Closer To Religion

0

There have always been complaints by Islamic scholars and teachers of religion that half-nakedness in sports should be banned. With majority of these sportswears companies primed to provide and manufacture comfortable outfits, digging in deep to keep the Muslim woman comfortable and brought closer to sports was always going to be contentious.

With a sizeable population of the world being Muslims and many of them, women, taking them off sports, which are some people’s desire as profession is not fair, especially when one considers that technology has not fared well enough to provide apparels that will provide great comfort to such women.

After the Hijab was accepted and long trousers also with no part except the faces of these women showing, the involvement of Muslim women in sports increased to a great extent and the willingness of these nations to spend on sports have also increased, thereby increasing the stakes of such sports as a result of the wealth and riches ascribed to majority of the Islamic nations of the world.

Sportswear company, Nike have produced a very comfortable Hijab, made with cotton and filled with air spaces to make sports more attractive to the Muslimah out there. It is beautiful, classy and has been used and sampled most notably by a United Arab Emirates athlete who revealed her happiness at finally getting a shot at better comfort as the previous complaints have been addressed.

Nike’s latest product will spur others to ensuring that everyone irrespective of race or religion is considered in the production of Sportswear as there are huge gaps left with the recent products which to many Muslims are too shape-revealing and open to be worn by a Muslim.

Nike have shown a willingness to give everyone a shot at participation in sports as many are pulling back and disinterested because of the lack of good  apparels and have indeed set a standard that promises to be hugely followed and even gazumped, soon.

CUSTODIAN OF CHASTITY

Whenever I set my eyes on them,

My mind goes Ma Shaa Allah,

My face smirks,

My tongue alters Barakallahu feekum,

And I remember the instruction,

Lower your gaze,

No matter the numbers that pass me by,

The feeling is the same irrespective of their names,

I have a crush on them,

Not a feeling of lust,

But that of love,

For the sake of our Lord,

My heart asked me why?,

You don’t have headache,

Nor heart ache like some do,

I replied with some answers,

Based on my perceptions and assumptions,

Behind the veil is a Muslimah,

A female who submits,

Behind the veil, is a Mu’minah,

A female who believes,

Behind the veil, is a Qaanitat,

A female who obeys,

Behind that screen, is a Khashi’at,

A woman who is humble,

Behind that screen, is an Hafidhot,

A woman who guides her chastity,

Behind that screen, is a Dhaakirat,

A woman who remembers Allah,

Behind the Niqaab,

Is a custodian of chastity,

Behind the Niqaab,

Is an exquisite beauty,

Behind the Niqaab,

Is an embodiment of characters, manners and morals.

Eneye Ahmad Jamiu Emma Exposes Fake Ex-Muslim

0

Ma Shaa Allah, as promised!!!

About 3 or 4 years ago, I met some sects of Christians online, and interestingly, there were Islamic names attached to their names.

First was Sadiq Steve , and the other was Sadiq Ohida.

I thought they were of the same family going by their names.

They started posting a whole lot of articles, and when we confirmed them, there were no element of truth in them.

I remember, Steve once posted a story of his uncle who is an Imam been converted into Christianity with picture of a fake “Arab Man” attached.

I later find out that he (Steve) hails from Okene Kogi State which is my home too anyway.

As Allah would have it, I began to read so many blaspheming comments from these dudes.

Let me state clearly here that when someone or some people come out and say that they were Muslims, we don’t have problem with that because Allah has created paradise and Hell Fire.

So, for anyone to make paradise or hell fire, there must be hard work involved.

I know of many Ex-Christians-myself inclusive.

We don’t compare the status of Ambiya or Rasul.

We believe in all of them, their message, the grave, destiny, Allah’s Khitab, the Angles and the day of resurrection.

So, for an “Ex-Muslim” like Steve and others, their only reason for becoming Christians can be attributed to sheer hatred for the Noble Prophet Muhammad {Pbuh} who is the last and seal of all prophets, ignorance, poverty and the society they live.

Islam is not for the Arabs nor for the non-Arabs only, it’s a religion ordained by Allah for mankind.

Haven tolerated Steve and his blasphemous comments on Facebook for some times, I discovered that himself and those in his like are not ready for the truth neither do they wish to study Islam in its pure pristine nature.

They judge Islam with the action (s) of some few people who hide under the disguise of been “Muslims” to commit atrocities the same thing we have in Christendom too.

They blaspheme against Allah, they insult the noble Prophet of islam and think they have got something to upset the Muslims.

I threw Steve and Ohida out of my friends List on June 19, 2014 and since then I just pray I meet them one on one someday.

As Allah would have it, that day came and it was on a Wednesday, November 15 2017.

I met a supposed “knowledgeable Sadiq Steve at Okengwe, Okene, Kogi State., and the story was a different one.

No war, no atomic bomb detonated, no gun shots and no threat whatsoever before, during and after our meeting.

After our discussions, I realized that no one stands with Allah and fail.

I discovered that those who enjoy abusing the noble Prophet of islam have no evidence and they will continue to suffer.

I realized that Shaitan has taken over their souls completely.

Not much. The New Catholic Encyclopedia states, “In the Gospels evidence of the
Trinity is found explicitly only in the baptismal formula of Mt 28:19.” 137 And what is the
baptismal formula of Matthew 28:19? In this verse, Jesus commands his disciples, “Go,
therefore, and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father
and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.” This being the only gospel verse that explicitly
mentions the Father, son and holy spirit together, 138
we should not be surprised to find it
echoed in Paul’s teachings—“The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God,
and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with you all” (2 Corinthians 13:14).
Nonetheless, we can repeat this benediction a thousand times, and a gaping chasm
will still remain between Matthew 28:19 and the unyielding wall of Trinitarian
doctrine—a chasm which requires a leap of faith unprotected by a net of solid evidence.
Nobody reads, “Lions and tigers and bears, oh my,” and imagines a triune beast. Why,
then, are we asked to read the above benediction and imagine a triune God?
Mark 16:1516 relates the exact same “Great Commission” as does Matthew
28:19, and yet the “Father, Son, and Holy Spirit” formula is conspicuously absent. Why?
Both gospels describe Jesus’ last command to his disciples, but while Trinitarian
theologians have bent Matthew 28:19 (again, the only gospel verse that explicitly
mentions the Father, son and holy spirit together) into service, Mark 16:1516 provides
no such support. So which gospel author got it right, which got it wrong, and how can we
tell?
One way we can decide which of these two passages is correct is to examine what
Jesus’ disciples actually did. Paul’s letters reveal that baptism in the early church was only done in Jesus’ name (examples include Acts 2:38, 8:16, 10:48, 19:5, and Romans
6:3.), and not “in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.”
Assuming the disciples actually did as they were told, their actions endorse Mark 16:15
16 and condemn both Matthew 28:19 and 2 Corinthians 13:14. On the other hand, if the
disciples didn’t do as they were told, then we have no reason to trust anything they are
recorded as having said or done. And if the disciples are not to be trusted, how much less
should Paul, who never even met Jesus, be trusted?
When the above justifications fail, clergy and laity alike resort to quoting a litany
of verses, each one of which can be summarily dismissed. For example, John 10:38 reads,
“The Father is in me and I in the Father.” John 14:11 reads much the same. But what does
this mean? If we propose these verses support cosharing of divinity, we have to factor
John 14:20 into the equation, which reads, “At that day you (i.e., the disciples) will know
that I am in my Father, and you in me, and I in you.” Bearing in mind that Aramaic and
Hebrew possess far greater capacity for metaphor than English, the only logical
conclusion is that the language is figurative. Hence none of the above quotes can be used
to defend Trinitarian doctrine. The only other option would be blasphemous—that the
council of Nicaea failed to recognize a dozen disciples as partners with both Jesus and
God. Infinitely more reasonable is to admit that two thousandyearold colloquialisms are
just that—flowery phrases which, if taken literally, distort reality. The Old English of
seven centuries ago is incomprehensible to all but scholars. What, then, do we know of
1,600 yearold Greek translations of ancient Hebrew and Aramaic, much less their
colloquialisms?
Let’s look at another alleged piece of evidence.

John 14:9 relates Jesus as having said, “He who has seen me has seen the Father.”
Assuming the language to be literal, which is a bold assumption, we still have to rectify
John 14:9 with John 5:37, which reads, “You have neither heard His voice at any time,
nor seen His form.” John 1:18 is even more emphatic, stating, “No one has seen God at
any time.” Paul apparently agreed; “[God] alone has immortality
*
, dwelling in
unapproachable light, whom no man has seen or can see …” (1 Timothy 6:16). The
“unapproachable” and “no man has seen or can see” descriptions certainly do not
conform to the approachable and visible person of Jesus. The argument of John 14:9,
when played out, reveals itself to be invalid. The one scriptural step forward slips three
steps back when one learns that Jesus stood bodily in front of the eyes of his disciples and
informed them that “You have neither heard His voice at any time, nor seen His form.”

(“Do not set up rivals unto Allah…”)

Allah the Almighty said: “Do not set up rivals (Al-Andad) unto Allah (in worship) while you know (that He Alone has the right to be worshipped).” (2:22)

With reference to the above quoted verse, Ibn Abbas (May Allah be pleased with him) said: “Al-Andad means Shirk. It is as inconspicuous as a black ant moving (crawling) on a black stone in the darkness of night. It is to swear: ‘by Allah and by your life’ and ‘by my life’. It is also to say: ‘Had there not been this little dog or the duck in the house, the thief would have entered.’ Or, like the statement of a man to his companion: ‘By Allah’s and yours will,..’ or ‘Had it not been Allah and so-and-so’, etc. Do not mention anybody with Allah because all of it is Shirk.” [It has been reported by Ibn Abi Hatim]

Umar bin Al-Khattab (May Allah be pleased with him) narrated that Allah’s Messenger (May the peace and blessing of Allah be upon him) said: “Whoever swears by other than Allah has disbelieved or committed Shirk.” [At-Tirmidhi graded this Hadith as Hasan (fair) and Al-Hakim has graded it Sahih (sound)].

Ibn Mas’ud ((May Allah be pleased with him)) said: “To swear by Allah while lying is more loved by me than to swear by other than Him while speaking truth.” Hudaifah (May Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (May the peace and blessing of Allah be upon him) said: “Do not say ‘With the will of Allah and with the will of that person’ but rather say ‘With the
will of Allah and then with -the will of that person.’ ” [Abu Dawud reported this Hadith with a Sahih chain]

It is related about Ibrahim Nakhyee that he detested to say: “I seek refuge in Allah and in you,” but it is permitted to say: “I seek Allah’s refuge first and then yours.” He said, “Say ‘If not Allah and then so-and-so’ and do not say ‘If not Allah and so-and-so'”

Important issues of the Chapter

1) Explanation of Al-Andad as is mentioned in verse of Al-Baqarah (2:22).

2) The Companions (May Allah be pleased with him) used to explain that the verses revealed about major Shirk include minor Shirk also.

3) To swear by other than Allah is Shirk.

4) To swear by other than Allah truthfully (believing such) is a far greater sin than to swear by Allah to a lie.

5) The difference between the conjunctions ‘wa’ (and) and ‘thumma’ (then).
